This policy explains what personal details Mirabai Handloom collects when you use this website or place an order, why we need them, and how we look after them, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
- When you place an order: your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and, if you give it, your GSTIN.
- When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email: your name, number or email address and what you tell us.
We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled securely by our payment partner, Razorpay, under its own privacy policy.
How we use your details
- To process, deliver and support your order, and send you order and delivery updates.
- To issue invoices and meet our tax and legal obligations.
- To answer your questions and handle returns or refunds.
We do not sell or rent your personal details to anyone, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Who we share them with
- Razorpay, to take your payment.
- Courier partners, who need your name, address and phone number to deliver your parcel.
- Google (Firebase), which hosts this website and stores order records for us.
- Government authorities, only where the law requires it.
Storage on your device
This website saves your basket in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not use advertising cookies. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep your details
We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil the order and as required by Indian tax law (generally up to 8 years for invoices).
Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal details we hold about you, subject to what we must keep by law. Email us at mirabaihandloom@gmail.com.
Grievances
If you have a concern about how your details are handled, please email mirabaihandloom@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be on this page.
