Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in India. We are not able to ship outside India at the moment.
Shipping charges
- Orders above ₹5,000: free shipping.
- Orders up to ₹5,000: a flat shipping charge of ₹200.
- Store pickup from our boutique is always free.
The shipping charge, if any, is shown in your basket before you pay.
When your order is dispatched
We usually dispatch orders within 2–3 working days of payment. Every saree is checked and packed by hand before it leaves the boutique.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7–10 days, depending on your location. Remote areas can take longer. Delivery times are estimates, and delays by the courier, during festivals or due to weather can happen.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, we send you the courier name and tracking number by email.
Store pickup
You can choose pickup at checkout and collect your order from our boutique at CE-48, Salt Lake, CE Block, Sector 1, Bidhannagar, Kolkata, West Bengal 700064, India, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Please bring your order number.
Damaged or wrong parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong saree, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. See our Return & Refund Policy.
